For the Tiramisu Layers:
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp strawberry liqueur or orange juice
- 24 ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- Additional shaved white chocolate and strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Mascarpone Filling: Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in melted white chocolate, then add whipped cream.
- Assemble the Tiramisu: Combine strawberry jam, warm water, and liqueur. Dip ladyfingers, layer half in dish. Spread half of mascarpone mix, top with strawberries. Repeat layers. Chill for 4 hours.
- Final Touch: Garnish with shaved white chocolate and strawberries before serving.

- Avoid soaking ladyfingers too long to prevent sogginess.
