  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp strawberry liqueur or orange juice
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • Additional shaved white chocolate and strawberries for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mascarpone Filling: Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in melted white chocolate, then add whipped cream.
  2. Assemble the Tiramisu: Combine strawberry jam, warm water, and liqueur. Dip ladyfingers, layer half in dish. Spread half of mascarpone mix, top with strawberries. Repeat layers. Chill for 4 hours.
  3. Final Touch: Garnish with shaved white chocolate and strawberries before serving.
