White Chocolate Brownies:
- 1 cup (6 oz) white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- Prepare Batter: Whisk in the sugar, then add eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Stir in the flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For added texture, fold in 1/2 cup of chopped macadamia nuts or white chocolate chunks before baking.
- These brownies are best slightly underbaked for a fudgy texture.
