Tofu Steak

Instructions
- Press and Slice Tofu: Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then slice it into thick steaks for even cooking and better texture.
- Marinate Tofu: Marinate the tofu steaks in a mixture of soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder for at least 30 minutes to infuse flavor.
- Cook Sweet Potatoes: Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into even pieces. Boil them in water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Mash Potatoes: Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them with butter, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
