- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or white candy melts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
- Extra crushed freeze-dried strawberries or graham cracker crumbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add graham cracker crumbs and crushed freeze-dried strawberries, stirring until fully combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 15-20 minutes.
- While the balls are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each until smooth.
- Dip each truffle ball into the melted white chocolate, coating completely, then return to the baking sheet.
- Immediately sprinkle with extra crushed strawberries or graham cracker crumbs if desired.
