Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet, sauté the onion in olive oil, then add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. Layer the casserole: In a greased baking dish, layer rice, corn, green beans, and beef mixture.
  4. Add tomato soup: Whisk tomato soup with water and pour over the casserole.
