Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet, sauté onion in olive oil until translucent. Add ground beef, cook until browned, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Layer Casserole: In a greased baking dish, layer rice, ground beef mixture, corn, diced tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
