Ingredients
Italian Sausage:
1 pound Italian sausage (mild or spicy), casings removed
Alfredo Sauce:
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
Ricotta Mixture:
1/2 cup ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cheese Ravioli:
1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese ravioli
Cheeses:
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish:
chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook Sausage: Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Ricotta Mixture: Mix ricotta, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Layer Ingredients: In a baking dish, layer Alfredo sauce, ravioli, ricotta mixture, sausage, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Repeat layers.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Rest and Serve: Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

- You can use frozen ravioli—just thaw before using.
