  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Dough Preparation: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit until foamy. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Gradually mix in flour to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Raspberry Filling: Cook raspberry jam, cornstarch, and water until thickened. Cool.
  3. Assembly: Roll out dough, spread raspberry filling, add fresh raspberries, roll into a log, slice into rolls, and place in a baking dish.
  4. Baking: Let rise, then bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Cream Cheese Glaze: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Spread over warm rolls.
