- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes or chili oil (optional for heat)
- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
- 1 green onion finely sliced (optional)
Instructions

- Top with green onion slices if desired. Stir well and let the sauce sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with freshly cooked potstickers.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness or heat to taste by adding more sugar or chili oil.
- For a thicker dipping sauce, reduce the water slightly or whisk in a pinch of cornstarch and heat until slightly thickened.
