Tilapia Fillets:

Coating:
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Prepare Coating: Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat Tilapia: Pat dry tilapia, brush with olive oil, coat in Parmesan mixture.
- Bake: Place fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley, serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the fillets for 1–2 minutes at the end.
- Cod or haddock can be used as substitutes for tilapia.
