Passion Fruit Filling:
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh or canned passion fruit pulp (with seeds)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Prepare Base: Line a square or rectangular slice tin with parchment paper. Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter, press into tin.
- Make Filling: Combine condensed milk, passion fruit pulp, lemon juice, vanilla, and coconut. Pour over base.
