Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread half of the tortilla chips evenly on an oven-safe platter or baking sheet to create the first layer.
- Add Chicken: Scatter half of the shredded rotisserie chicken evenly over the tortilla chips.
- Drizzle Sauces: Drizzle half of the BBQ sauce and half of the cheese sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Add Cheese and Veggies: Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese, minced jalapeño, and chopped red onion evenly on top of the sauces.
- Build Second Layer: Repeat the layering process with the remaining chips, chicken, BBQ sauce, cheese sauce, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, and red onion.
