Instructions
- Prepare the Roots: Rinse and peel the ginger and turmeric roots carefully, then chop them into small pieces to facilitate blending.
- Prepare the Citrus: Peel and slice the lemon and oranges, ensuring to remove any seeds to avoid bitterness.
- Blend Ingredients: Combine the chopped ginger, turmeric, sliced lemon and oranges with 200 mL of filtered water in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Strain the Mixture: Pour the blended mix through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp and fibers for a smooth shot.
- Portion and Season: Divide the juice into small vials, approximately 60 mL each, then add a pinch of ground black pepper to each vial to enhance turmeric absorption.
