- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Crust: Mix 2 cups flour, powdered sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in softened butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Bake for 18–20 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Whisk eggs, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, lemon juice, and zest until smooth. Pour over hot crust.
- Bake: Bake for an additional 20–25 minutes until set. Cool, then dust with powdered sugar.
