Rosemary Simple Syrup Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the Rosemary Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Add 2 to 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary to the mixture. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has completely dissolved. Once dissolved, remove from heat and let the syrup steep with the rosemary sprigs for about 15 minutes to infuse the flavor. After steeping, strain out the rosemary and set the syrup aside to cool.
- Mix the Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker or a mixing glass, combine 1 ½ oz of tequila, 3 oz of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, 1 oz of tonic water, and 1 oz of the cooled rosemary simple syrup. Stir or gently shake to mix all ingredients well.
- Serve and Garnish: Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with pomegranate pearls for a burst of festive color and flavor, and add a sprig of rosemary for an aromatic touch. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing Holiday Paloma.
