Garden Herb Chive Butter
- 2 cups softened butter
- 4–5 tbsp fresh chopped chives
- ½ tsp each: oregano, rosemary, thyme, basil
- ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice or zest (optional)
Roasted Garlic & Sun-Dried Tomato Butter
- 2 cups softened butter
- 4–5 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
- 2 tbsp chopped basil
- 2 tbsp finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Butter – Start by softening all butter portions to room temperature to ensure easy mixing and creamy consistency.
- Mix Pomegranate Pistachio Honey Butter – In a bowl, combine softened butter, pomegranate seeds, honey, roasted pistachios, and sea salt. Add orange zest if desired. Mix gently until evenly combined but with some texture from seeds and nuts.
- Make Cinnamon Toast Crunch Butter – In another bowl, mix softened butter with brown sugar, maple syrup, crushed cinnamon cereal or candied walnuts, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir in vanilla extract if using until fully incorporated.
- Create Blackberry Bourbon Pecan Butter – Gently fold together softened butter, lightly crushed fresh blackberries, honey, chopped toasted pecans, bourbon (optional), and sea salt. Add lemon zest if desired to brighten flavors.
- Prepare Garden Herb Chive Butter – Combine softened butter with chopped chives, oregano, rosemary, thyme, basil, cracked black pepper, and sea salt. Stir in lemon juice or zest for an extra citrusy note if preferred.
- Mix Roasted Garlic & Sun-Dried Tomato Butter – Mix softened butter with mashed roasted garlic, chopped basil, sun-dried tomatoes, and sea salt. Add crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat if wanted.
