Roasted Garlic & Sun-Dried Tomato Butter

  • 2 cups softened butter
  • 4–5 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Butter – Start by softening all butter portions to room temperature to ensure easy mixing and creamy consistency.
  2. Mix Pomegranate Pistachio Honey Butter – In a bowl, combine softened butter, pomegranate seeds, honey, roasted pistachios, and sea salt. Add orange zest if desired. Mix gently until evenly combined but with some texture from seeds and nuts.
