Instructions

  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
