			Main Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (chilled)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chilled peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and uniform, ensuring the peanut butter is fully incorporated.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the yogurt mixture to create little bursts of chocolate in every bite.
- Portion the Bites: Using a small spoon or cookie scooper, drop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Space the portions apart so they do not stick together during freezing.
- Freeze Until Solid: Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the bites are solid. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or resealable freezer bag for convenient storage.
Notes
- For creamier bites, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
- Ensure peanut butter is chilled to help the bites set properly.
- You can substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option, but note that Greek yogurt is typically not vegan.
- Store the bites in the freezer and enjoy straight from frozen for best texture.
- Feel free to customize by adding nuts, shredded coconut, or dried fruit.
