- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (not drained)

Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients and pineapple. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the instant pistachio pudding mix, crushed pineapple (with juice), mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Fold in Cool Whip. Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the mixture until everything is thoroughly combined and the salad has a creamy consistency.
- Chill before serving. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill, serving cold for best taste.
