Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Prepare the Casserole Mixture: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Mix until smooth. Add cooked pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked beef mixture.
