- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
Instructions
- Saute Aromatics: In a large saucepan, heat butter and olive oil. Add onion, cook until soft. Stir in garlic.

- Add Liquids: Whisk in white wine and stock. Add seasonings, simmer.
