- 1 pound ground beef

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Noodles: Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Sauté Onion and Garlic: In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Cook Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Add Mushrooms and Seasonings: Stir in mushrooms, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Simmer until thickened.
- Combine Ingredients: Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, cooked noodles, and half of the cheese. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake: Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley before serving.
