Description

This Cinnamon Roll Fudge brings the comforting flavors of a cinnamon roll into a rich, creamy fudge that’s perfect for sharing. Combining white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and a cinnamon-brown sugar swirl, this decadent treat sets quickly and offers a luscious marbled finish that tastes as delightful as it looks.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cinnamon Swirl

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, thoroughly combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Set this mixture aside to be used later for swirls.
  2. Line the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides to make removing the fudge easier after it’s set.
  3. Make the Fudge Base: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  4. Add Flavorings: Remove the fudge base from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon until evenly mixed.
  5. Assemble the Fudge: Pour the warm fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Swirl the Cinnamon Mixture: Drizzle the cinnamon swirl mixture over the fudge and gently swirl it in using a knife or toothpick, creating a marbled effect.
  7. Chill and Set: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 3 hours, or until the fudge is firm to the touch.
  8. Cut and Serve: Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge from the pan. Cut into 16 squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Ensure to stir the fudge base constantly on low heat to prevent the chocolate from burning or separating.
  • Use parchment paper for easy removal and clean cutting of the fudge.
  • For a stronger cinnamon flavor, you can increase the cinnamon in the swirl or fudge base slightly to taste.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • This fudge can also be frozen for up to 3 months; thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
