Marinated Steak:

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Stir-Fry:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water


Instructions

  1. Marinate the Steak: Combine sliced steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Stir-Fry: Brown the marinated steak in a skillet. Set aside. Stir-fry onions, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Add sauce mixture and simmer. Add steak back to the pan and coat in sauce. Serve over rice.
