Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the beef mixture: In a skillet, cook onion and garlic in olive oil. Add ground beef, spices, and green chiles. Stir in cheeses once cooked.
