- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- Mix Coffee: Dissolve instant coffee granules in hot water and set aside.
- Melt Ingredients: In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth.
- Add Flavors: Stir in dissolved coffee, vanilla extract, salt, and caramel sauce. Fold in pecans if desired.
- Set Fudge: Pour mixture into pan, smooth the top, drizzle with extra caramel, swirl, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Serve: Lift fudge out of the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!

- For a stronger coffee flavor, add extra instant coffee.
