- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Brownie Layer: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9-inch springform pan. Make the brownie batter and pour 2/3 into the pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Make Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, flour, sour cream, caramel sauce, and salt.
- Assemble: Pour cheesecake mixture over baked brownie, dollop remaining batter, swirl gently, and bake for 45–50 minutes.
- Chill and Serve: Cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with caramel and pecans before serving.
