  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Season: Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook Beef: Cook seasoned beef on the griddle until fully browned. Set aside.
  3. Assemble: Grease the griddle, lay a tortilla, add cheese, beef, onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. Top with another tortilla.
