For the Quesadilla:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced pickles

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Cooking spray or oil for griddle
Instructions
- Preheat and Season: Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Beef: Cook seasoned beef on the griddle until fully browned. Set aside.
- Assemble: Grease the griddle, lay a tortilla, add cheese, beef, onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. Top with another tortilla.
- Cook: Press with spatula, cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
- Serve: Rest for 1-2 minutes, then slice into wedges. Repeat.
