Graham Cracker Crust:

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup blackberry preserves
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, eggs, sour cream, and flour. Fold in blackberries.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the crust and bake for 55–65 minutes. Cool, then chill for at least 4 hours.
- Finish: Warm blackberry preserves, drizzle over the cheesecake, and garnish with fresh blackberries.
