- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Breadcrumbs:
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
Garnish:
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Coat cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake: Arrange coated florets on the baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Make sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
- Coat cauliflower: Toss baked cauliflower with sauce until coated.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve.
Notes
- For a vegan version, use vegan mayo and maple syrup instead of honey.
- To make it gluten-free, substitute gluten-free flour and breadcrumbs.
- Air fryer instructions: Cook at 400°F for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
